Hey my loves. I cannot believe how fast the days are flying by, wasn’t it January a few days ago? Lol. Preparations for one of the most important days of my life are in top gear, I need to catch my breath, SERIOUSLY!  Anyway here is wishing you all an amazing Easter celebration in advance and never forget the reason for the season.

I remember saying sometime on the blog that one of the easiest things I love to wear are maxi dresses. I recently wore this chiffon one to a park and it was one of the items sent to me by NewChic. This post is very laid back and easy and I tried to make the photos as natural as possible. This look is also very appropriate for the beach just incase you are too shy to wear a swimsuit/bikini. Lol.

Ever wondered how you can wear a sequin top in the daytime? Simple. Tone it down with a darker colour, throw on a pair of heels and you're good to go. Over the weekend, I paired this multi colour sequin top with brick brown trousers and strappy heels. Really loved the entire look. By the way, my braids have refused to get old. The older it gets, the prettier it becomes. I'm really feeling the hairstyle this season and I see myself making more of them.

So, today I paired this blush pink top I've owned for a long time with a bright colourful skirt and blush sandals. I needed to tone down the look with a plain top as the skirt is quite busy. Came across the 'cowrie-inspired' necklace recently and the cheapskate in me leapt for joy..Too cute. I love a good bargain.
