I've heard one too many 'oohs' and 'aahs' about Colour Pop Cosmetics and I knew I had to get my hands on some of their products ASAP. It is an all American brand made in Los Angeles, California. My mum was recently on vacation in the U.S and I used the opportunity to hop on the Colour Pop website, order and pay for some items and had them shipped to where she was residing. Of course I was blown away when I recieved them upon her return, it is everything I had envisioned  it to be. The formula is gorgeous, so pigmented and the feel is as soft as butter. Seriously! Almost mousse-like. I ordered three eyeshadows and two highlighters for starters. The best part is that each of the eyeshadows are $5.00 and the highlighters cost $8.00 each. Total was $31.00 ONLY! Pretty amazing right?

We typically do not have the fall season in Nigeria so I'm still having crazy fun with my colours. Apologies to all my international readers though. I really love these photos. The colour of this playsuit and the colour of the plants in the background formed a beautiful colour contrast that I instantly fell in love with. My camera also captured the dark clouds so beautifully, I couldn't stop gushing.

I'm such a fan of purple/lilac eyeshadows and I decided to show you how I rock such a pretty colour by creating this simple everyday look. The eyes are a mixture of dark purple and lilac from different palettes and the lipstick is one of Milani's Colour Statement Lipsticks. Both have a beautiful frosty finish.  I enjoyed creating this look. Scroll down for the pictorial and all the products used.

The generous people of Jumia sent me a voucher recently (as usual) and I shopped some really nice pieces. This dress is one of them. I could not resist the colours and the print. I think this particular dress is sold out but there are similar and even prettier Vera & Lucy dresses still available. Check all the links below and oh, I'm showing you how to wear this dress from day to night. Plenty more outfit posts coming soon.

Hey loves. Been wanting to do this post for quite a while as it has been requested by many of you, but I wanted to be sure I was not going to subtract or add anything to my current regimen. Anyway, in the event that I do, just note that this is my CURRENT skincare routine. Very simple and easy. I was never one to do much to my skin

Hey guys!!!! How are y'all doing???? Can you feel my excitement? If you follow me on social media, you would know that I recently got engaged. Yup! I'm now engaged to be married to my best friend and love of my life. The whole week has been so surreal, trust me, you are never truly prepared for it. Its been overwhelming getting congratulatory messages from you all on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, I cannot say thank you enough. If you missed all of these, just follow and check out my Instagram page HERE especially to watch my epic reaction when I realised I was about to be proposed to. Its freaking hilarious.

Hey guys, how are y'all doing? Hope your week has been awesome so far.

I haven't done any shoots recently as I haven't been in the right frame of mind to do so. If you follow me on social media, it wouldn't be news that I lost someone very close to me.

Hey guys! I cannot believe that this blog is already ONE YEAR OLD. It seems just like yesterday I made up my mind to take my passion for fashion and beauty to a whole new level and I must say I have not had any regrets even for a day. Despite my daily 8-5 job, I still make out time afterwards to edit posts and use my weekends for photo shoots. It hasn't been easy though.

What's not to love about summer? Best part is wearing exciting colourful clothing. Midi skirts are very much in high demand this season and better still floral prints are selling out fast. This skirt is made with a very light silk-like material.. It is currently sold out but you know I've got you covered by hooking you up with something similar (check links below).
