So a while ago my dad was away for a whole month and trust him to return with a goodie or two. This pretty dress was my gift from him and I like that it is not the usual dashiki style in tops and straight dresses. I've worn this casually but I thought to dress it up a bit. I figured this will go well with an edgy pair of shoes so I opted for these caged heels and a vintage mini-bag. I took these photos myself! Yippie!

I usually wear this denim gilet with dresses for a casual yet chic look. Today I'm styling it differently with a pair of cropped jeans. The whole outfit just has a 90s vibe to it and reminds me thoroughly of one of my favourite icons of all time, Aaliyah. My accessories for this look are too cute.

I've had this jumpsuit for some time and I realised that I didn't do a post on it despite wearing it a few times. So here you go, guys. The material is really light and its got inner pockets which I really like. I'm a huge fan of jumpsuits generally because its such an easy look to pull off and is also pretty easy to style.

Hey guys! This outfit combination gives me a feeling of fusing Western and African cultures. Denim and ankara can be styled in so many ways and this is just one of them. This is a fun, edgy and chic look and you can easily turn any ankara skirt into an awesome fashion item.

I did this shoot in a spur of the moment one evening. This blazer was perfect for a military inspired style because of the army green colour and the gold detailed buttons. Its something I usually wear to work but I dressed it up differently to suit the style I wanted pairing it with leggings and gold pointed shoes. Isn't it amazing how pointies are back in fashion? Its the mid week again. Yayy! Today's look is something I've had in my head for a while. Pink is one of my favourite colours and this little peplum dress is one of those untouchable items in my wardrobe. I hardly wear it so I decided to do a post on it today. I'm crazy about this cute sleeveless denim jacket I purchased recently. Its such a major fashion staple in my wardrobe and it gives this outfit an edgy look. Completed the look with a hot pair of purple wedges. This should be nice for an evening/night out on the town.
