Top of the morning to you my darlings! Lets just say that the year began well with my mailbox getting flodded with requests from different brands. At times when I'm worried, anxious or confused, the bible verse above gives me peace of mind. I remind myself that anything you put in the hands of God never gets lost. Many people ask how I keep my sanity together especially with the challenges of having a regular 9-5 job, running this blog and currently planning my wedding. All I can say is that the Lord has been our strength, he has continuously shown himself and blesses us with his favour every now and then. My words for you today: Hold on to God and at the nick of time he will show up for you. Apply this to every area of your life and be in for a wonderful surprise.

First outfit post of the year and I could not wait to show off these amazing snake-print court heels. I'm such a sucker for shoes and of course the colour MINT so you can understand that its a dream combo for me. I could not resist purchasing these on Jumia when my voucher gave me the chance. Thanks as usual guys. I only got around wearing it recently and it is so comfortable. It is very chic and can be dressed up or down.

I wish my house was pink, my car would be pink, my life pink. Okay I'm just kidding but you get my drift.

A good friend who is also one of the biggest comedians in Abuja, MC Amana hosted his maiden show last weekend. I was going for a pretty and easy chic look for this event so I wore this chiffon tunic dress that I got from JUMIA. As you already know that is my go-to online store here in Nigeria for the most trendy, affordable and quality items from a host of well known brands across the world.

We typically do not have the fall season in Nigeria so I'm still having crazy fun with my colours. Apologies to all my international readers though. I really love these photos. The colour of this playsuit and the colour of the plants in the background formed a beautiful colour contrast that I instantly fell in love with. My camera also captured the dark clouds so beautifully, I couldn't stop gushing.

The generous people of Jumia sent me a voucher recently (as usual) and I shopped some really nice pieces. This dress is one of them. I could not resist the colours and the print.
